Dry treats or kibble up to 0.4 in (10 mm). Wet, sticky or crumbly food clogs the release openings.

It is a puzzle toy, not a chew toy. Supervise play, and take it away once the treats are gone. Check the shell before each session and retire the toy if it cracks.

Twist the two halves apart, rinse with warm water and mild soap, then let both halves air dry completely before refilling. Hand wash recommended (top-rack dishwasher safe).

Yes on low-pile carpet, rugs and hard floors. On very thick or shaggy carpet the toy rolls less freely, so a hard floor or a rug works best.

Cats and dogs between 10 and 55 lb. Smaller pets can still play, but they may need the easiest setting and a helping hand at first.

Yes — items with a manufacturing defect are replaced within 30 days of delivery, provided normal use.

Yes, multi-pack orders ship in one parcel unless the item is out of stock at the same warehouse; if that happens we split the shipment at no extra cost.
